Srishti Deshmukh started preparing for the UPSC exam in the third year of engineering. One day while studying, she asked herself whether she could spend the rest of her life just being an engineer. It was only after that that She started preparing for the civil service. During this, her parents tried to give him a very healthy environment. She never asked what she was doing, how she would do it, or whether she would even be able to do it.
The road to UPSC was not very easy for IAS Srishti Deshmukh. She used to study engineering only during semester exams. He devoted the rest of her time to preparing for the UPSC exam.
